Refund & Cancellation Policy


If we cancel - We try our hardest to ensure we never have to cancel any booked events.

However, if for a reason of logistics, sickness or low bookings we may have to cancel an event.

In these cases, our policy is to give you a full refund or transfer your tickets to another event of your choice.

 

If you cancel - You are welcome to cancel, with full refund or transfer of tickets, within more than seven days of actual event.

Before seven days of the event we cannot offer a refund or transfer as the location and equipment costs will already have been paid by Paint & Barrel.
